Thy Kingdom Come: Ascension to Pentecost
If you have created a display using your dove templates from last week please do continue to send your pictures to us so they can be put on Facebook and in the magazine. If including people in your pictures please do make sure you give us permission to print them when sending.

The new Bible Study: ‘Hope in the Main Street – A Kingdom Community’ continues live at 7pm on Tuesday evening 26th May in ‘The KMC Coffee Lounge’ (using Zoom as we explore together what it means to be a Kingdom Community during lock-down and post Covid-19.

Cliff College Festival at home
“All We Can” and Cliff College would like to invite you to Festival at Home, a digital Cliff Festival on 22nd – 25th May.

Festival at Home is an opportunity to learn with contributors across the world and our partners engaging in the theme of ‘Global Vision’ and to engage with an online community and to grow in faith together. It would be great to get the word out about this exciting digital gathering of Methodists and friends of Cliff where All We Can will be launching our key campaign for 2020/21 – watch this space!

KMC Office : Amanda will be having a few days holiday (at home!) next week but will be producing the Newsletter on Friday 29th. May.

Prayer themes for May:
Wherever we are today in our human fears for the future, we pray that God will do a new work in our hearts, our church, our nation and our world. We ask Him to unleash the power of His Holy Spirit and give us the mountain moving faith to believe that the best is yet to come. Amen.

Prayers for this week
Please pray for all those who are unwell, for those preparing for surgery or receiving treatment and for those going through other significant life events.

We pray for Hannah Webb, Brendan, Liz McGrath, Betty Howes, Kate Walker, Kate Wilkinson, Pete Thompson, Keith Jolley, Sarah McKechnie, Margaret Rimmer & Alison Maynard.
Please pray for Maureen Ryder who is very ill at this time. We pray for peace for her and her family.
We pray for the family& friends of Mary Brown who was a member her at KMC some years ago. Mary died peacefully in her sleep on 13th May in Cambridge.

We ask for comfort for all who are bereaved at this difficult time.
