Women's World Day of Prayer Service at KMC

1.30 pm on Friday 2nd March 2012.
We have the pleasure of hosting the above service at KMC and hope as many ladies as possible will be able to come. We have altered the time from 2.00 pm to 1.30 pm to enable mothers of school age children to attend – the service usually lasts about an hour. Afterwards tea and cakes will be served in the hall so that we may enjoy fellowship with members of other Churches in the town.
The christian women of Malaysia have prepared the service this year with the theme “Let Justice Prevail” echoing present day concerns. Our speaker has been highly recommended by Paul. Mrs. Margaret Parker is a former Vice-President of the Methodist Conference (the highest lay position in the Methodist Church) and is the author of several books on small groups, discipleship and the evangelical movement - plus leading seminars at Spring Harvest and Easter People - so we are in for a treat! Peter Thompson has kindly agreed to be the organist.
