"At just the right time" -- by Dorothy Richards
Pete and I often say that God is 'a God of just in time'. So many times we have been waiting for answers to problems, or for something to happen and it seems to take forever. We get very impatient and, I'm sorry to say, sometimes quite worried and we are very tempted to take things into our own hands. Yet, at exactly the right time, God intervenes and our prayers are answered (not always a 'yes' – but God knows best!).
Yes, He is 'a God of just in time' but, more than that, He's a God of perfect timing!
Paul writes -- February 2010
Dear Friends,
“What shall separate us from the love of Christ. Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?...... No, in all these things we are more than conquerors. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35, 37-39)

Can't last a day without Him
by Dorothy Richards
It never fails to amaze me at the way God uses the ordinary things of life to get our attention, to show His love for us, to teach us. As I look at the gardens at the moment I just marvel at just how beautiful they are. The colours of the flowers are just spectacular; but it’s not just the flowers, there are so many beautiful birds which come to our garden several times a day to feed. How can we doubt that there is a God when He blesses us in this way.
Christian Concerns - July 2009 - Good News from Burundi!
Many parts of Africa have suffered years of conflict, genocide and suffering beyond description, yet even though they are one of the smallest and poorest nations in Africa there is a move of God in Burundi, which is truly wonderful.
Follow the Kite

Peter and I have recently returned from a few days in Llandudno where we attended the 'ECG Heart for the Nations' Conference. We went with others from KMC and had a really fantastic time; a time when we could have time out with God, attending seminars, Bible studies, celebrations without the pressures on our lives which normal life brings. We were able to pick and choose what we went to, but there was no pressure; we could attend as much or as little as we wished.

Our cherry tree stands pale against the darkening Easter clouds.

FREELY GIVEN!
By Dorothy Richards
Once again we are 'travelling' through Lent to Easter and, as we have perhaps 'given things up for Lent', we have had the opportunity to meditate more on what Jesus did for us at the Cross. A while ago God gave me a picture of a sponge and, as I watched, the sponge soaked up the pool of dirty water it was in the middle of. Eventually, all the dirt and grime was gone.
